If you refer someone for employment with us, and we hire that person, then upon the completion of their full sixth month of employment, we will provide you with a check for $1,000.00.
This finder's fee offer is available to anyone. You do not need to be an employee of Corbinian to qualify. However, some rules do apply. This only applies to individuals we hire, not to those we interview but do not hire. It also only applies to candidate who accept full time employment and work full time throughout the first six months of employment with us. (Holidays and sick leave are allowed, of course, but not vacation time during the first six months.) And candidates we have already contacted are not included. These are for new candidate introductions only.
Just be sure the candidate identifies you as the referring party during his or her initial interview.
